eLearning and Face-to-Face Training Policy
1. Introduction

6. Internet and Email Use (eLearning)
- Appropriate Use: The platform provided for eLearning should be used for educational purposes only.
- Prohibited Activities: Accessing inappropriate websites, sending offensive emails, or engaging in illegal activities using the platform is prohibited.
7. Anti-Harassment Policy
- Zero Tolerance: VSC has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of harassment, including sexual harassment, bullying, or discrimination.
- Reporting: Any incidents of harassment should be reported to the training coordinator immediately. All complaints will be investigated promptly and confidentially.
8. Learning Environment
- eLearning Environment: Participants should ensure they have a quiet and distraction-free environment for online learning.
- Face-to-Face Environment: Participants should contribute to a positive learning environment by being attentive and engaging respectfully during sessions.
9. Feedback and Evaluation
- Regular Feedback: Participants will receive regular feedback on their progress and performance.
- Surveys and Evaluations: Participants are encouraged to provide feedback through surveys and evaluations to help improve the quality of training.
10. Technical Requirements (eLearning)
- Equipment: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment and internet access for eLearning.
- Technical Support: VSC will provide technical support to assist with any issues related to the eLearning platform.
11. Certification and Completion
- Certification: Participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate of completion.
- Completion Criteria: To receive certification, participants must meet the required attendance and performance criteria.
12. Amendments

13. Acknowledgment
All participants are required to read, understand, and comply with these policies. Participants must sign an acknowledgment form confirming their agreement.
